During my recent stay at Bighorn, I found it to be a basic yet adequate option for travelers seeking an affordable spot amidst the breathtaking Canmore/Banff region. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff waited patiently for my late arrival. While the building is older, and the bathroom floor exhibited some wear, I was pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the bed. It provided just what I needed after a day exploring the stunning landscapes. For those looking for luxury, you won't find sprawling amenities here, but if you're aiming to lay your head somewhere decent after a long day's adventure, this hotel delivers. The coffee was delightful, though more than two sachets would be appreciated. Free Wi-Fi in the rooms and a handy parking space add to the practicalities that make this place a viable option.
